Calistoga City Council Cancels Election, Appoints Three Candidates Published on August 20, 2026 The Calistoga City Council voted Aug. 19 to cancel the Nov. 3 municipal election and appoint three unopposed candidates. Kevin Eisenberg will serve as mayor, Scott Cooper will begin a second council term, and Lana Richardson will join the council.
