The Calistoga Farmers’ Market (CFM) is managed, operated, and controlled by a Market Advisory Committee under the umbrella of the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce. The mission is to build a stronger sense of community by providing an informal meeting place where people from all walks of life interact.

The Committee serves an advisory role to both the City Council and the Planning Commission, dedicating its efforts to the support of the City General Plan Open Space and Conservation Element, the City Climate Action Plan, and the priorities established by the City Council, as well as regional climate initiatives.

The Planning Commission serves as an advisory entity appointed by the City Council, tasked with guiding both the short-term and long-term growth and development of the City of Calistoga. Comprising five members from the community, the Commission's primary responsibility is to evaluate the implications of land use decisions on the City.

Housing Advisory Committee 12PM

This Committee functions in an advisory capacity to both the City Council and the Planning Commission, dedicating its efforts to supporting the City General Plan Housing Element and the housing priorities articulated by the City Council.

Paving work will take place at the Lincoln Avenue and Brannan Street intersection Tuesday, September 2 - Thursday, September 4, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. One-lane traffic control may result in delays of up to 10 minutes on Lincoln Avenue, Wappo Avenue, and Brannan Street

Traffic Impacts- Washington Street Paving

Asphalt repaving work will continue to take place on Washington Street, from Franklin Street to Earl Street, from Tuesday, September 2 through Friday, September 5, from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM each day.

Vine Trail Closure

The Vine Trail will be closed for construction from Thursday, September 4, through Friday, September 19, for new pipe installation and trail repaving to Dunaweal. During this time, bicyclists and pedestrians will not have access through to Dunaweal. A detour is advised via Highway 29 or Silverado Trail. The closure impacts the Vine Trail section between the Washington Street gate and Dunaweal Road
