Calistoga Farmers' Market

The Calistoga Farmers’ Market (CFM) is managed, operated, and controlled by a Market Advisory Committee under the umbrella of the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce. The mission is to build a stronger sense of community by providing an informal meeting place where people from all walks of life interact.

The Commission's primary responsibility is to evaluate the implications of land use decisions on the City. In fulfilling this role, the Commission possesses review and approval authority over design reviews, use permits, variances, zoning amendments, and planned developments.

Fairgrounds Advisory Committee Meeting

The Fairgrounds Advisory Committee was established in March 2025 by resolution No. 2025-20. The Committee operates in an advisory role to the City Council and the Fairgrounds Director, focusing on providing ongoing advice, research and recommendations to Council to assist in the revitalization of the Calistoga Fairgrounds.

Poetry Walk - Calistoga Art Center

April 01, 2026

Poems submitted by the public are laminated and displayed along walking routes and in public spaces throughout town, creating moments of surprise, joy, connection, and reflection for passersby. Poems will be installed on fences and posts at Logvy Park, Avila Park walkway, Pioneer Park, Pioneer Bridge, the Community Center parking lot area, Fireman’s Memorial Park, the and the Fairgrounds fence.

Waterline Replacement and Utility Improvements Coming to Lincoln Ave

Waterline replacement and utility improvements associated with the Veranda Project are expected to begin in late February 2026 along Lincoln Avenue, resulting in temporary downtown disruptions.

Temporary Relocation of Calistoga Laundromat

Published on December 19, 2025

Effective December 19 at 4:00 p.m., the Calistoga Laundromat, currently located at 1510 Lincoln Avenue, will temporarily relocate to 1506 Lincoln Avenue, the former art gallery space.

The laundromat will ultimately move to its permanent location at 1015 Foothill Boulevard, which is currently undergoing renovations to accommodate the new use. The permanent location is anticipated to open in March.

Calistoga Fire Department to Conduct Pile Burning on Mt. Washington

The Calistoga Fire Department will conduct intermittent pile burns on Mt. Washington over the next several months to reduce hazardous vegetation and lower wildfire risk. Residents may see smoke during operations, which will occur only under safe weather and air quality conditions
