Admin Services

The Administrative Services Department provides a variety of direct and support services to other City operating departments and to the public. Located in City Hall, the Department is responsible for the following services:

• Finance services of management, accounting and reporting for all of the funds and departments of the City
• Financial planning budgeting, policies and development advisory services
• Treasury administration for investments and debt management
• Utility Billing for City operated Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems
• City of Calistoga SB 272 Enterprise Systems Catalog
• Other Support Services:
  • Risk Management for general liability, property, employee and other risks
  • City Computer Systems and Networks planning and management services
  • Grant Development and Administration

The Administrative Services Director is also the appointed City Treasurer and is responsible for the overall operation of the Department and serves as the primary financial advisor to the City Council and City Manager The Department has a staff of five full time employees.
