Fair Political Practices Commission
The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) of California prohibits a public official from using his or her official position to influence a governmental decision in which he or she knows or has reason to know he or she has a financial interest. To help identify potential conflicts of interest, the law requires officials to file forms called Statements of Economic Interests (SEIs), also known as Form 700s. This form is also called the Conflict of Interest Form.
Copies of the statements of economic interest filed by the above-named officers and designated positions may be obtained by visiting the Online Portal. For more information about the CA Fair Political Practices Commission and filing requirements please visit their website at fppc.ca.gov.
