The Utility Billing Division of the Administrative Services Department provides customer account service to over 1,500 accounts for water and wastewater services provided by the City.

Bus Routes & Schedules
The fare for the Calistoga Shuttle is $1.00 each one-way ride. You can purchase Punch Passes at City Hall, 1232 Washington St., or by mail to: VINE Transit Center, 1151 Pearl St., Napa CA 94559-2528. Make checks payable to Calistoga Shuttle. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Calistoga Affordable Housing

Garbage, Recycling and Organic Waste Collection (Upper Valley Disposal & Recycling)
As of January 1, 2022, all businesses and residents are required to compost all of their food waste and soiled paper products by placing them in the green waste collection bin.
