New Online Utility Billing Portal Now Live!

The City of Calistoga is excited to launch our new online utility billing portal at the link below.

Customers will begin receiving their utility bills with NEW account #'s via regular mail after May 7, 2026. The new account # will be required to register. Due to Utility Bills mailing out later than usual, the City of Calistoga will not be charging late fees for the month of May 2026.

Calistoga Ag Fair

The Calistoga Ag Fair is a free community event held over Memorial Day weekend at the Calistoga Fairgrounds, formerly the Napa County Fairgrounds. Launched in 2025, the fair celebrates Napa Valley’s rich agricultural roots, from grapes and wine to local farming and natural resources.

City of Calistoga Fairgrounds Community Survey

The City of Calistoga recently completed a community survey to gather resident input on the future of the Fairgrounds. While only a random sample of residents was invited to participate, every voice remains important. The feedback collected will help guide City decisions and support long-term planning for the Fairgrounds property.

The Fairgrounds Advisory Committee brings community voices together to help shape the future of the Calistoga Fairgrounds and share recommendations with City Council.
