The Calistoga Resiliency Center (CRC) is the world's largest utility-scale, ultra-long duration energy storage project. This first-of-its-kind hybrid hydrogen + battery energy storage system enables a cost-effective, community-scale, clean microgrid that stores and dispatches clean energy, on demand.
The microgrid will provide 48 hours of continuous power to PG&E customers in downtown Calistoga and the surrounding area during a Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) event.
