The City of Calistoga is excited to launch our new online utility billing portal at the link below.Customers will begin receiving their utility bills with NEW account #'s via regular mail after May 7, 2026. The new account # will be required to register. Due to Utility Bills mailing out later than usual, the City of Calistoga will not be charging late fees for the month of May 2026.
Silverado Terrace is a residential development consisting of 50 condominium dwelling units distributed across two 5-unit buildings and four 10-unit buildings. The project includes three unit types with minor variations in layout and design. Of the total units, 10 are designated as live/work units and eight (8) are affordable housing units with income limitations.
