Construction is underway on a resort expansion that includes eight 8-plex guest buildings and nine bungalows, along with an adult pool and café, reception building, hacienda, great lawn, and garden areas. The project also includes site and infrastructure improvements along Lincoln Avenue and Fair Way to support access and circulation associated with the development.

TRAFFIC DISRUPTIONS

Construction activities along Lincoln Avenue between Fair Way and Stevenson begin Monday, March 9 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday. The sidewalk along Lincoln Avenue is expected to re-open at the end of the summer. The intersection at Fair Way and Lincoln Avenue will be completed in the fall. The work area is within Caltrans right-of-way and the contractor is operating under an active Caltrans encroachment permit. 

Traffic impacts include parking lanes.
