The Calistoga Joint Unified School District is proposing a 113-unit residential housing development on a 16.44-acre site. The project is intended to provide housing options for a range of household sizes and income levels, particularly those within the community's "missing middle" housing market. Buildings would be limited to two stories (28 feet) in height, and the project would require a General Plan Amendment to modify the property's land use designation.
