Under supervision, this position supports daily operations by assisting visitors, managing front desk activities, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, performing data entry and record-keeping tasks, maintaining accurate registrations through computer systems, organizing files and supplies, and offering general administrative support to assigned department as needed.

General Duties:
- Perform basic office tasks, including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with sorting and distributing mail, emails, and other communications.
- Input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, or organizational systems.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation of data.
- Draft, edit, and proofread basic correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with preparing presentations or other administrative documents as needed.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with the organization of files, supplies, and workspaces.
- Provide support for events, workshops, or training sessions as needed.
Knowledge of:

- Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with recreation management software Perfect Mind is desirable.

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or cash handling is preferred. Basic proficiency in computer systems and office software, such as Microsoft Office or data entry programs, is a plus.
