The City of Calistoga is excited to launch our new online utility billing portal at the link below.Customers will begin receiving their utility bills with NEW account #'s via regular mail after May 7, 2026. The new account # will be required to register. Due to Utility Bills mailing out later than usual, the City of Calistoga will not be charging late fees for the month of May 2026.
The proposed resort development on Foothill Boulevard includes a check-in and valet structure (Long Barn), a back-of-house operations building (DeGuarda Service Center), and a spa building. The project also consists of 15 guestroom buildings supported by associated housekeeping structures.
In addition, the development includes 20 private villas, each with an individual pool. The villas are proposed for separate sale and independent ownership.
