The City of Calistoga is excited to launch our new online utility billing portal at the link below.Customers will begin receiving their utility bills with NEW account #'s via regular mail after May 7, 2026. The new account # will be required to register. Due to Utility Bills mailing out later than usual, the City of Calistoga will not be charging late fees for the month of May 2026.
Public Works Project Update: Water Meter Upgrades Begin March 16
Public Works would like to inform the community that starting Monday, March 16, a new construction project will begin throughout the city to replace approximately half of our manually read water meters with automatic, remote‑read smart meter technology.
Construction is expected to continue through April and May. During this time, the contractor’s crews will be working in meter boxes around town.
Most meter upgrades will not require a water outage because only the register on the existing meter is being replaced. However, about 85 locations will require a full meter replacement, which will involve a brief water service interruption. For those properties, the contractor will provide advance notice with a door hanger that includes the scheduled outage time.
We will also be sending an Everbridge community-wide notification, so residents and businesses are aware of the upcoming work.
