Silverado Terrace is a residential development consisting of 50 condominium dwelling units distributed across two 5-unit buildings and four 10-unit buildings. The project includes three unit types with minor variations in layout and design. Of the total units, 10 are designated as live/work units and eight are affordable housing units with income limitations.
