Fairgrounds Advisory Committee The Fairgrounds Advisory Committee brings community voices together to help shape the future of the Calistoga Fairgrounds and share recommendations with City Council.
Hide Away Cottages Renovation + Expansion The project proposes to renovate and expand an existing twenty-key resort which is located on three separate parcels located at 1412 Fair Way. The site is currently developed with fourteen existing buildings and a swimming pool. The project proposes to expand the key count from 20 to 36 through a combination of renovation, demolition and new construction.
Kortum Ranch Subdivision The proposed project includes the subdivision of 4 existing parcels totaling 29.46 ac into 20 individual lots containing 20 single-family detached homes to be developed with hillside-sensitive design. Lots range from 0.38 ac to 6.10 ac with an average lot size of 1.34 ac. Residences would range from 2,500-4,500 sf. Project includes onsite & offsite road & utility improvements.
Upvalley Health Center The project proposes to relocate the existing CommuniCare + OLE leased facility from its existing location at 911 Washington Street to a 2.8 acre property owned by CommuniCare + OLE located at 1861 Lincoln Avenue. The project includes the development of a new 11,200 sf medical, dental and behavior health clinic at this location.
Yellow Rose Ranch Subdivision Project which proposes to subdivide 3 existing parcels into 46 new single family residential lots. The project is located along Foothill Blvd north of Mitzi Drive and is 46.3 acres in size. The project zoning is Rural Residential (RR).
